About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team of professionals working in high-quality and reputable centres across the North Shore and Northern Beaches. As a casual worker, you will be offered shifts between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday, where you will assist industry professionals in providing educational experiences for children between 0 and 6 years old.

Responsibilities
  • Assist centre staff in daily routines and provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for children.
  • Deliver group activities with children and document and interpret their behaviour, educational development, and social skills in accordance with the EYLF.
  • Contribute to educational programs and supervise children to ensure they are in a safe and educational environment.
Requirements
  • Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience working with children between 0 and 6 years old.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
  • A bright, bubbly, and fun-loving personality.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and display a high level of initiative.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to the early childhood sector.
  • A positive, friendly, and “can-do” attitude.
What We Offer

As part of the Early Learning Placements team, you will be supported by experienced consultants and industry professionals. You will be exposed to various teaching methods and be able to expand your knowledge of the Early Childhood industry. You will enjoy working shifts to suit your availability, so you can work as little or as much as your schedule allows.
