Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Brighton - North Road. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • A competitive hourly rate of $28.62 to $32.23, depending on your qualifications and experience

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
