Job Title: Process Excellence Lead

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and insightful reports to support successful embedment of optimization initiatives.
  • Motivate and influence team members to identify process and system opportunities by fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in process optimization or motor claims within a personal insurance context.
  • Well-developed understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations to operate in motor claims.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and develop others and liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • High-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions and high-level project management experience.
