We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at CBRE in Sydney or Melbourne CBD. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional office experience for employees and clients.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and support to increase individual well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting employees, announcing clients and visitors, conducting guest registration, issuing visitor passes, validating parking, and receiving and directing incoming calls.
  • Maintaining awareness of the workspace, submitting janitorial and maintenance work orders, communicating with partners to address issues, and responding to customers on behalf of other team members.
  • Responding to customer requests and complaints promptly, following security and emergency procedures, and responding to emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Providing support for Experience Services team, maintaining records of vendor proof of insurance and contractual documentation, and delivering orientations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a corporate environment and gain valuable experience in facilities management. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience.
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people, a positive attitude, and strong sense of urgency in resolving issues.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
