About this role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients, helping them to improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication, swallowing, and other speech-related functions
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
  • Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and coordinate care

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognized Speech Pathology degree or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience working as a Speech Therapist is preferred but not essential
  • Strong clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
