Materiel Logistics Transformation Specialist

This is a key position within our organization that focuses on improving Materiel Logistics Function operations in Melbourne.
- Review data quality and implement solutions to address gaps in policy, procedures, and training identified.
- Analyse legislation and policy, processes, and procedures across the organisation.
- Engage stakeholders and undertake a training needs analysis.
- Author policies, processes, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics/supply chain training development or delivery, as well as understanding of Defence's Capability Life Cycle (CLC). They will possess strong research, task scoping, planning, scheduling, and risk & issues management skills. Prior experience using MILIS and SAP is beneficial but not necessary. Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives in a Defence context is also required.
Security clearance and compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements are essential for this role.
