About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and approving materiel master data within the SAP Master Data Governance system.

You will work closely with a team of approvers to ensure timely and accurate processing and resolution of MDG requests. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing technical data contained within materiel master data requests
  2. Quality assessing technical data within the new Material Master Data Governance system
  3. Liaising and coordinating with Defence stakeholders to identify, respond and provide advice in support of Defence outcomes
  4. Performing detailed review and analysis of data quality checks, reports, and user and system errors
  5. Managing and prioritizing work, making independent decisions relating to your area of responsibility
  6. Undertaking specialist research and analysis to develop and implement new processes and procedures relating to SAP MDG and the Defence Enterprise Resource Planning system
