Job Opportunity: Enhancing Social Inclusion

ISS seeks a dedicated professional to drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across South Australia and Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of inclusion and belonging programs across our workforce by offering support and mentoring services
  • Support recruitment strategies, job fairs and talent pipelines to promote diversity and equity
  • Build strong relationships with First Nations leaders, elders, and community partners to foster inclusive practices
  • Partner with local organizations and community groups to support employment opportunities for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds
  • Develop and manage the Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) to track progress and outcomes
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive onboarding experiences, training, and support programs
Requirements:
  • Experience working with diverse communities, particularly First Nations (min. 1 year)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong community connections and stakeholder engagement
  • Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field (Degree/Diploma preferred)
  • Passion for social inclusion and sustainable employment outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
