Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
  • Significant experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on process improvement and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and planning) with knowledge of additional software packages desirable
  • Lean Manufacturing certification (e.g., Green Belt) and/or experience with industry-specific technologies a plus
