Leadership Opportunity in Manufacturing Operations

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating business results and leading late-stage programs in innovative organizations.

  • Develop and manage departmental strategies to ensure fiscal responsibility for manufacturing operations.
  • Provide technical guidance, long-range planning, and leadership for BLA-enabling studies through BLA submission, commercial launch, and sustaining operations.

Qualifications include a BA or BS in life sciences, advanced degree in Life Sciences or Engineering preferred, and 5+ years of senior-level line management experience leading other leaders required.

  • Lead the transition from a clinical-stage organization to an effective commercial manufacturing organization.
  • Manage budgets to drive business growth.
