Job Title: Manufacturing Operative

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient production operations, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or hazards.
  • Monitor and control the flow of materials, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing production requirements and priorities.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, undertaking regular maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
  • Forklift license required for this role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field an advantage.
