We are seeking a skilled Lounge Supervisor to join our teams at Sydney Airport Lounge and Beyond Lounge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading a team, and maintaining high standards of work quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and safety.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and track performance.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hospitality/guest services experience in a busy environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisor or management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements.
  • Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
