ICT Delivery Manager Position

The Department of Industry, Science and Resources is looking for an experienced Ict Delivery Manager to assist with major ICT Projects in the CIO Division.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to research, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate project or program initiatives, and manage and lead a diverse team to deliver high-quality service and outcomes.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and outcomes.
  • Research, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate project or program initiatives.
  • Lead a diverse team to deliver high-quality service and outcomes, providing clear and consistent communication, and building capability within the team.
  • Identify issues/problems and work to resolve them.
