Project Manager - ICT Delivery

Job Description:

The role of Project Manager - ICT Delivery involves overseeing the implementation of ICT projects from concept to delivery. This includes planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency
  • Provide secretariat support for project meetings and forums
  • Manage procurement submissions and contract administration in accordance with Commonwealth guidelines
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Experience in ICT project delivery within Government environments
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and asset management
  • Familiarity with Government financial and asset management systems
  • Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement and finance frameworks
