ICT Strategy Development Role

A senior leadership position has become available within a Federal Government context.

This high-impact role requires strong project delivery capabilities, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy aligned with agency goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive ICT strategy to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Lead the transition of ICT services ensuring continuity, value for money and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders and senior leadership on ICT matters.
  • Collaborate across business units to understand and deliver on technology needs.
  • Build and manage relationships between departments including contract negotiation.
  • Oversee ICT operations including team leadership, budget oversight and resource management.
  • Ensure system security, reliability and risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
  • An active NV1 Clearance is required.
