Program Manager Job Summary

This is a leadership role that oversees and manages the delivery of major programs within the ICT Services Division. The Program Manager will have a proven track record of accomplishment in managing programs of work in accordance with program and project goals, policies, processes, frameworks, and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strategic oversight of a program ensuring alignment to business and ICT objectives. They will engage with internal and external stakeholders and partners, including senior executives, to plan and manage programs with a focus on successful delivery. Compliance with governance arrangements associated with ICT projects and programs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:Essential Criteria:
  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably in the delivery of ICT programs or multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business and multi-disciplinary teams
  • High-level interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage resources, including finance, people, and vendor contracts
Desirable Criteria:
  • Tertiary project management qualifications and certifications
Eligibility:
  • Australian citizenship is required
  • Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory

Please note that this is a contract role with a duration of 12 months plus possible extension. Hybrid working option available, with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
