As a seasoned product director, you will spearhead growth and transformation in our Home Lending Product team by managing the home loan portfolio and leading a team to ensure product functions meet customer, regulatory, and shareholder needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee performance of controls, product features, and adherence to key regulatory obligations while managing risks across the end-to-end value chain.
  • Proactively manage portfolios of issues, controls, and remediation activities, driving timely resolution.
  • Ensure legal product documents remain accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose, oversee legacy product arrangements, and drive continued simplification.

You will collaborate with teams to strengthen Financial Assistance and Collections capabilities, ensuring appropriate customer outcomes are delivered and regulatory expectations met. You will also manage complex lending scenarios, uplift data quality and governance practices, and execute core product operations functions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in home loan product management and knowledge of product lifecycle management.
  • Experience in leading teams in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, risk, and data management in relation to Home Lending.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to project manage, drive change, and prioritize.
