Job Title: Product Leader

We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Director to lead our home lending business.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive continued outperformance across the home lending ecosystem.

  • Manage the home loan portfolio and oversee product management, controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Proactively address issues, controls, and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Evaluate legal product documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop strategies to enhance Financial Assistance and Collections capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience in home loan product management and lifecycle management
  • Leadership experience in complex environments
  • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, risk, and data management related to Home Lending
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management, change management, and prioritization skills
