About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our home lending product portfolio, driving growth and performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Manage a team to optimize product functionality, customer experience, and risk management across the end-to-end value chain.
  • Oversee controls, product features, and adherence to key regulatory obligations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Financial Assistance and Collections capabilities, delivering appropriate customer outcomes and meeting regulatory expectations.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in home loan product management, with knowledge of product lifecycle management.
  • Leadership skills, with a track record of managing complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, risk, and data management in Home Lending.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to project manage, drive change, and prioritize initiatives.
