- Strong analytical skills to interpret and report on complex data and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate, and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services.
- Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced computer skills utilizing varied and appropriate software programs.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel as required.
