The Role

At Indie Campers, the APAC Revenue Specialist will be responsible for driving regional performance through commercial strategy development and execution. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing trading activities, and implementing plans to optimize commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive regional performance, focusing on gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Manage trading activities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management, to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  • Lead and participate in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing regional performance and achieving commercial targets.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in commercial planning and trading activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial planning, trading, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in commercial planning and trading software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
