We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Solutions Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to provide tailored transportation solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring seamless execution of time-critical airfreight shipments from initial booking to final delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert transportation solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure the successful execution of critical airfreight shipments.
  • Track and update customers on the status of their shipments in real-time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents accurately.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in airfreight operations.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, pricing structures, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts over the weekend.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
  • Capable of creating and editing documents and presentations using MS Word & PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in CargoWise for freight forwarding operations and financial entries.
  • Familiarity with Webcargonet.
