Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our PreSales team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective customers through the pre-sales process, demonstrating our solution suite, and addressing questions and objections.

This role involves building trusted relationships with prospects, ensuring they have confidence in our ability to solve their challenges. You will also contribute to seamless deployments by translating customer needs to our post-sales solutions consultants.

As a subject matter expert on our product capabilities and roadmap, you will collect and share customer feedback to help shape product development and assist sales teams in articulating new solutions and enhancements effectively.

The responsibilities of this role include actively driving revenue by supporting client interactions, leading discovery sessions, demonstrating products, addressing questions, and overcoming objections. You will also take ownership of customer inquiries, conduct proof of concepts, collaborate with the Sales team, and work closely with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants.
