Job Opportunity
Senior Quantity Surveyor RoleSeeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of projects and deliver high-profile builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project financials, including procurement, valuations, and subcontractor payments
- Maintain accurate cost forecasts and ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success
- Develop detailed cost reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Contribute to the improvement of commercial processes and mentor junior staff
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 5–10+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within bespoke residential or main contracting
- Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Proficient in cost management software and Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
