We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major FMG site. As an Electrical QA Supervisor, you will oversee quality assurance and commissioning on a high-profile resources project.

Job Description:

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading routine QA / QC inspections and in-process checks across electrical systems.
  • Conducting testing, quality assessments, and compliance audits on-site.
  • Cooking and guiding technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identifying electrical problems with various testing devices.
  • Managing and updating Inspection Test Records (ITRs) using the CCMS.
  • Supporting and enforcing commissioning procedures to ensure timely handover.
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A WA Electrical License.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, ideally in construction and maintenance projects.
  • Experience working in fast-paced FIFO environments.
  • A strong understanding of QA / QC systems, documentation, and compliance.
  • A Valid Driver's License – 'C' Class (Minimum).
  • OHS Construction Safety Induction White Card.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
