**Senior Contracts Administrator Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Western Australia. This 12-month agency contract offers competitive rates and the opportunity to work on a high-profile resources project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contracts administration from mobilisation to close-out, ensuring compliance, managing performance, and driving value across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer construction and services contracts in line with project and company requirements.
- Support the Contracts & Procurement Manager with performance management, claims, and risk mitigation.
- Manage variations, site instructions, extensions of time, and daywork claims.
- Perform cost forecasting, reporting, and contractor progress reviews.
- Liaise with legal and client representatives on contractual matters and negotiations.
- Ensure HSE standards are embedded in all contract administration activities.
- You have extensive experience in contracts administration on major EPC/EPCM projects, ideally in the resources sector.
- Your strong knowledge of contract terms, negotiation, and claims management will enable you to excel in this role.
- You possess proficiency in procurement/project systems such as Unifier or Aconex.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success.
- You demonstrate a commitment to HSE and ethical business practices.
- You hold relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
