This role will see you taking on a high-profile position within a commercial property portfolio, working closely with clients to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of this portfolio, including maintenance, compliance, and capital works.
  • A strong focus will be placed on delivering detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as overseeing lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team leadership are also key aspects of this role.
Critical Skills and Qualifications
  • We are seeking an experienced operator who brings professionalism, commercial insight, and a collaborative mindset to this position.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property management is required, along with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong lease negotiation, financial, and reporting experience is essential, as is high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • WA Property Management Registration is a must-have for this role, and experience managing corporate clients is highly regarded.
