Career Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Corporate Lawyer to join our team.

As a key member of our Corporate & Commercial group, you will work on major commercial transactions, advising clients on complex corporate matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, with excellent technical legal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise ASX-listed, private, and overseas companies on high-value, complex corporate matters
  • Work closely with senior lawyers and directors on headline transactions
  • Deliver strategic legal and commercial solutions tailored to client needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Genuine transactional experience with a solid understanding of deal structures
  • Strong client-facing skills and confidence in communication
