Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding support to our valued customers and help turn their feedback into positive change.

The ideal candidate will have experience in either a customer service or administration role, or related field, and be willing to learn and grow their career.

This is a full-time role with flexible work arrangements available.

You will be the first point of contact for all customer support queries and coordinate and manage queries associated with orders, warranties and repairs.

Work closely with Jardan technicians to assess damages or defects and understand the most appropriate solution.

Book onsite repairs and assessments, liaising with 3rd party repair technicians or internal quality control.

Ensure all queries are dealt with in a highly positive manner ensuring clients feel valued.

Liaise with a vibrant mix of clients, Designers, and Architects to keep communication clear and outcomes satisfying.

Help turn customer feedback into meaningful action: work directly with our Design and Production teams to uncover root causes of issues and improve future products.

Share what you hear and see: your insights will shape decisions and impact processes.
