Our organization is committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated worker to join our team as an Ancillary Care Worker.

This rewarding position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families. As an Ancillary Care Worker, you will provide vital assistance to clients under the Home Care Package, ensuring they feel supported, respected, and connected to their culture and community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing care and support to elderly, frail, and disabled individuals in their homes
  • Maintaining a high level of care, promoting independence and wellbeing for those who need it most
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations to deliver comprehensive care services

**Requirements:**

  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
  • Strong connections to and respect within Aboriginal communities
  • Proven ability to work in a culturally sensitive and accountable manner
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities
