About Us

As a Greenkeeper, you will be key in maintaining and enhancing turf areas ensuring they remain lush, healthy, and resilient. This hands-on role involves performing regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces.

You will report to the Site Manager and monitor turf health proactively addressing issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain turf surfaces to meet high standards of quality and playability.
  • Monitor turf health and implement sustainable practices for water conservation and pest management.
  • Operate and maintain specialized turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules and deliver exceptional results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and provide turf care recommendations.
Key Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management.
  • Cricket Wicket experience desirable.
  • Previous experience in turf management or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of turfgrass species, growth habits, and maintenance requirements.
  • Familiarity with turf care equipment and machinery.
