Job Description

As a skilled bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering world-class guest experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth bar operations while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.

You will work closely with our food and beverage leadership to provide seamless service across all meal periods. Your passion for mixology and hospitality will contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional guest service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  2. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  3. Maintain strong product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  4. Follow RSA guidelines and liquor licensing laws; ensure certifications remain current.
  5. Perform standard bar setup, operation, and closing procedures.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization across all service areas and bar stations.
  7. Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions; manage shift revenue and reconciliations.
  8. Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control processes.
  9. Create seasonal cocktails in line with current trends and guest preferences.
Qualifications:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
