Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Professional to provide exceptional service to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and serve our guests
  • Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
  • Meet and connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
  • Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
  • Use of Point of Sale system
  • Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Ensure all service areas are immaculate
  • Promote safety and support Workplace Health and Safety practices

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Barista skills advantageous
  • Beverage knowledge desirable
  • Flexibility including weekends and public holidays
