Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required
  • Welcome and engage with guests from a variety of backgrounds
  • Deliver meals and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner during a live show, while maintaining awareness of dietary requirements
  • Work in the bar, preparing and serving a range of drinks as required
  • Set up and pack down the venue
  • Operate point of sale system via cash register with accurate cash handling
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and workplace hygiene requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Full availability to work night shifts from Tuesday to Saturday nights as well as working Sunday day shifts as required
  • Reliable transport as shifts are outside public transport hours
  • High level of physical fitness with ability to walk up and down stairs repetitively in a fast-paced and dimly lit environment
  • Fun and positive working attitude with exceptional guest service focus and communication skills
  • Excellent grooming standards and commitment to follow personal presentation requirements
