
Office Administrator

This role is based out of a campus and involves working as part of an administration team to ensure efficient and effective administration is provided. The successful applicant will provide high-level customer service, maintain confidential information, and support various programs within the institute.
Duties:
- Utilize proficient software skills in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, CELCAT, and Student Management System (STRATA).
- Support project areas in monitoring outstanding results, unresolved attendance, and training plans.
- Assist with academic administration, including assessment procedures, flexible learning, and day-to-day student administration.
- Attend and participate in departmental and institute training to upskill and maintain knowledge of legislative processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A current Working With Children Check (Employee)
- A current Police check
- Appropriate experience in administrative support roles preferably in an educational setting
- Demonstrated high-level administrative and organisational skills, including document presentation, drafting, and formatting
- High-level literacy of the Microsoft Office suite
