Hotel Operations Manager

    As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee all hotel operations during night hours. Your primary responsibility is to ensure guest and colleague safety and security.

  • Manage hotel operations overnight, including managing front desk staff and maintaining cashiers' floats.
  • Train colleagues on quality and service standards, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their roles.
  • Develop managers and frontline colleagues by providing feedback and coaching.
Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as hotel administration or business administration.
  • At least 4 years of experience in guest service or hotel management, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
  • Fluency in the local language.
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificate.
