Job Description:

As a seasoned organisational designer, you will spearhead our business transformation by reviewing and redesigning our organisational structure to support our growth, efficiency, and sustainability.

This pivotal role requires expertise in leading strategic workforce initiatives, conducting role clarity reviews, and developing future-focused job designs. Additionally, you will map capability requirements, develop role profiles, and partner with leaders to co-design practical workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consulting, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering workforce projects in complex environments. Proficiency in working with data, insights, and project tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and analytics is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Experience in organisational design, workforce planning, or operating model development
  • Strong knowledge of spans and layers, role mapping, and workforce diagnostics
  • Expertise in job design and capability frameworks
  • Proven ability to consult with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver workforce projects in complex, fast-moving environments
