Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance function, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, installing, and performing preventative maintenance on packaging and process equipment.

You will work under minimal supervision to ensure production is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and supporting safety programs and policies.

This role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience, with a focus on root-cause analysis and problem-solving.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Completing preventative maintenance on all equipment to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts by providing equipment and process expertise.
  • Providing technical support to the Operations Team for training and staff development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
