  • Job Summary

The Warehouse Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment to process customer orders, manage stock inventory, and adhere to safe lifting techniques and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and process customer orders in a timely manner
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles while following safe lifting techniques and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate stock inventory and organization
  • Build solid and safe pallets
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked in and out accurately from the warehouse
  • Adhere to Goods Receiving and Dispatching procedures at all times
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Participate in routine stock checks and report discrepancies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse targets and goals
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred
  • Forklift certification is an advantage but training will be provided if needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items safely
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
