About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our high-performing Spotlight stores as a Store Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movements
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive leadership experience within big box/large format volume retailers
  • Strong business acumen and P&L exposure
  • Ability to empower and mentor team members into future leaders
  • Performance management experience
  • High-volume stock management skills
  • Retail management experience is a must; high-volume or big box stock volume management is preferred
  • First Aid certification, or willingness to be trained at our expense
