Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to lead our finance team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.
  • You'll be responsible for analyzing monthly results, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plans to drive business decisions.
  • Your analytical skills will help identify areas of improvement, while your project management expertise will ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement, strong commercial and analytical skills, and experience in a multinational business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the monthly close process of project revenue and margin, ensuring accurate and reasonable results with percentage of completion guidelines.
  • Work closely with Accounting and Business Operations to prepare quarterly forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including analysis and metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
  • Recognize inconsistencies in financial data and initiate corrective action as necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive financial experience in a multinational business.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, research capabilities, and overall business acumen.
  • Solid project management and business consulting skills.
  • Ability to influence and inspire across global teams.
  • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex topics clearly and facilitate meetings with senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a multinational corporation is a plus.
  • Experience within a Venture Capital environment is preferred.
