IT Process Improvement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency by analyzing and designing IT processes. Your expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma will enable you to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing IT processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Evaluate new technologies and automation tools to enhance process execution and recommend implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent process execution and maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and regulatory standards through regular audits and risk assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT process engineering with proven track record of improving process efficiency.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools or scripting languages such as UiPath, PowerShell or Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
