Process Optimisation Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Process Optimisation Manager to join our Group Cyber Security team.

  1. Achieve process efficiency and effectiveness by assessing the current state of business operations within Group Cyber Security, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions.
  2. Lead process definition, re-engineering and gap analysis, providing recommendations for standardisation, improvement or redesign to meet business needs.
  3. Utilise data analytics to identify root causes of process gaps and make informed decisions for continuous process improvements.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to align project outcomes and implement process improvements and automation. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proactive engagement and focus on improving stakeholder experiences.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to business process re-engineering, commercial analysis and development, as well as experience in managing and obtaining requirements from business users. A solid understanding of process modelling and repository tools, such as Visio/Signavio, is also essential. Lean Six Sigma qualification or broad experience in process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
