Customer Liaison Officer

A dynamic and professional organisation is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join their Service Department team. Based at our operations, the role demands great flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to help and support customers.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Assist customers in system start-ups and shutdowns over the phone
- Diagnose faults over the phone – utilising monitoring portals
- Analyse portal data to identify faults or production issues and prepare detailed reports for customers.
- Book appointments for technicians and manage their schedules/commitments and map efficient runs
- Provide and manage access to portals for customers and authorised third parties.
- Identify and address grid voltage reduction issues by liaising with energy providers and Support customers during network provider changes and address faulty connectivity accessories.
- Assist in creation of process documentation, workflows and How-to guides for customers.
