About this Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting a portfolio of customers throughout the pre-construction process of building their new home.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers from Consolidated Proposal acceptance to Commencement of Construction.
- Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the pre-construction process and timelines.
- Meet with the customer face-to-face to complete comprehensive plan presentations among other required meetings across Hobart and Launceston offices (travel may be required).
- Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting them on a weekly basis via phone call to provide a progress update on their build.
- Provide proactive solutions for the customer to allow the file to continue to progress through the pre-construction process.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required.
- Identify win-win outcomes for the customer and the business.

- Ideal knowledge of the residential construction industry, including building your own home or a passion for building design.
