Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to enhancing customer and employee experiences through inclusive design, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop business improvement initiatives by consulting with clients, stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Support the implementation lifecycle, including user acceptance testing and change readiness activities.
  • Co-design solutions that improve experience and operational outcomes by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage business-related issues and provide recommendations to sponsors.
  • Liaise with technical staff to ensure business requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify business problems.
  • Proven ability to implement improvements in customer-facing environments.
  • Experience in working with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Experience in using data analytics and business intelligence tools to generate insights.
