Project Leadership Opportunity

The Project Manager will drive projects from inception through to successful completion, leading teams of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes and meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project completion through effective planning, management, and financial control.
  • Liaise with key site personnel to ensure labour, materials, and equipment are allocated for effective project delivery.
  • Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation, and execution.
  • Ensure appropriate labour and resource allocation during project phases.
  • Prepare, track, and report monthly performance metrics, including financial, program, and HSE data.
  • Review project finances and provide innovative solutions to reduce costs or add value.
  • Oversee contract management and ensure direct project costs are accurately allocated.
  • Promote a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification required.
  • Complex civil projects experience, particularly in water and wastewater projects, is desirable.
  • Strong communication and planning skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in HSQE management is required.
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships is necessary.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using logical reasoning is essential.
  • Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and pre-employment medical clearance required.
