Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of small or large-scale, multi-discipline projects within an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) environment.

This is a challenging role that requires strong mechanical or civil engineering skills to interpret technical information and integrate efforts alongside broader engineering coordination.

  • Full lifecycle project management from feasibility and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) through to execution and commissioning
  • Interpret technical information and integrate efforts alongside broader engineering coordination
  • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and risk in alignment with EPCM delivery models
  • Oversee contractor performance, procurement packages, and construction interfaces
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS, EPCM PARTNERS, AND CLIENT REPRESENTATIVES
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience delivering mining or mineral processing projects within an EPCM framework
  • Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project teams, with strong stakeholder and contractor management
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex)
  • EPCM experience in the mining industry is essential

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering mining or mineral processing projects within an EPCM framework
  • Proven leadership skills in multidisciplinary project teams
