Job Overview

This role is accountable for leading a support function that delivers various services including benefits management, contracts and procurement, delivery support office management, and planning & scheduling.

Leading this function involves ensuring that these services are delivered successfully within agreed performance criteria to enable enhanced health service delivery.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated:

  • Proven delivery experience in the use and application of project management methodologies, frameworks.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively developing, managing, and supporting a high performing and service-oriented team.
  • High level ability to understand stakeholder objectives and requirements and establish effective strategic relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering project support services that ensure the successful completion of projects within agreed performance criteria. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
