Job Description

The Data Insights Specialist will be responsible for providing specialised design and development for support platforms such as Reporting Services, Visual Studio, SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. You'll also need to project manage all aspects associated with reporting and dashboard development requests from the business, including stakeholder engagement, scheduling, prioritising, and planning.

This is a 12-month maximum-term/secondment opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including superannuation contributions of up to 14%.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High-level experience in development and analytical techniques within SQL, Reporting Services, Visual Studio, Operational Data Stores, SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Power BI.
  • Understanding and application of SQL coding and query writing to extrapolate business and strategic requirements.
  • Experience in data analysis, generation, and creation of reports, with strong numeracy skills and ability to work with statistical information and performance measures.
  • Advanced knowledge of table relationships, advanced querying, aggregate queries, form design, macros, and pivot tables.
